JB Berns, the creator of The Urban Rebounding Program, has taken his many years as a fitness expert and his passion for life and created an exercise that doesn’t feel like exercise at all. “It’s a fun way to work out and it is much easier on your body than most other exercises,” says JB. JB Berns has been a Master teacher in the martial arts for fifteen years. To improve balance, coordination, and over-all wellness, he began rebounding in the early 1980′s. After years of experimentation and study, the group fitness exercise system of Urban Rebounding was developed.
